Getting a clean Excel to PDF result
Set the print area in Excel to the exact range you want in the PDF, so extra blank columns or rows do not get included.
Use "Fit to page" or an appropriate page orientation (landscape for wide tables) in the spreadsheet's print settings before converting for the cleanest layout.
For spreadsheets with charts or images, the smaller-file output setting can noticeably reduce the PDF size for emailing.

Will multiple sheets be included?
Yes. All sheets in the workbook are converted, with each sheet starting on its own page in the resulting PDF.
Will columns get cut off in the PDF?
The renderer fits columns to the page based on the print area and column widths set in the spreadsheet. If columns are being cut off, adjusting the print area or column widths in Excel before converting usually fixes it.

Yes. Choose "Smaller file" or "Smallest file" in the output size option, which is useful when the spreadsheet contains many embedded images or charts.
