Files you upload

When you use a conversion tool, your file is uploaded to our server solely to perform that task. Files are stored under randomized temporary names, are not indexed or catalogued, and both the upload and the converted result are deleted automatically from temporary storage within a few hours of processing.

We do not open, review, share or sell uploaded files. Download links are not listed anywhere public and contain randomized names that cannot be guessed.

Tools that run entirely in your browser — the currency converter, unit converters, invoice generator, QR code and barcode generators — do not upload your data at all. Amounts, client details and generated codes never leave your device.

Information we do not ask for

There are no accounts on All Converter Pro. We never ask for your name, email address, password or payment details in order to use any tool.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand which tools are used and how the site performs (pages visited, approximate region, device type). This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish visitors; see "Cookies" below.

Advertising

The site is free because it shows ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising at adssettings.google.com, and users in some regions will see a consent prompt allowing them to choose non-personalized ads.

We do not pass your uploaded files or their contents to any advertising system.

Cookies

Cookies on this site come from three sources: a single local preference that remembers your dark/light theme choice (stored in your browser only), Google Analytics measurement cookies, and Google AdSense advertising cookies. Blocking cookies in your browser does not prevent the tools from working.

Server logs and security

Like nearly all websites, our servers keep standard access logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security monitoring and abuse prevention. Logs are rotated routinely and are not used to profile visitors.

Your rights

Because files are deleted automatically and we hold no accounts, there is usually nothing personal for us to hold or delete. If you believe we hold information about you, or you have any privacy question, contact us via the Contact page and we will respond promptly.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with an updated date at the top.
